Noha is designed primarily for academies, institutes, and training centers in Saudi Arabia that need one integrated place to sell and run training. Very large educational institutions are not the main focus, but can be discussed case by case.
No. Noha is not a monthly subscription. It is offered through a launch and setup fee, and you can pay that fee over 12 months to make payment easier—this is a payment plan for the launch fee, not a subscription product.
It includes managed launch and setup, hosting, basic maintenance, core bug fixes, email and ticket support, one onboarding session (one hour), and 20 custom programming hours. Full details are defined in your agreement.
The annual continuity fee is 2,000 SAR per year and covers hosting, service continuity, and basic maintenance. It is not a feature subscription. It typically applies after the first year, as set out in your contract.
The included hours help adapt Noha to your operational needs. They can cover focused interface or functionality work within the included scope. Larger or additional work can be scoped and quoted separately.

Noha is designed to support compliance-related workflows and operational readiness for e-learning and NELC-style expectations, in line with Saudi training operations. It does not provide formal regulatory accreditation or a guarantee of approval from any authority.
Yes. Noha supports more than short courses. It supports courses, diplomas, terms, student batches, and cohorts or classes—especially important for institutes and training centers.
Yes. Hosting is included in the managed offer and continued through the annual continuity fee. Any fair-use or upgrade details are defined in your contract as needed.
This can be discussed under the contract terms. If the deployment is hosted independently by you, it falls outside our scope for managed hosting, maintenance, warranty, and support as we provide them in the standard offer.
Not by default. Data or platform migration, extra training, content upload or course setup by our team, and large custom features can be scoped and quoted separately when you need them.
Noha can support in-platform WhatsApp-related notifications and operations for your own student and learner communications. Day-to-day support with our team follows the agreed support channels (such as email and ticketing). WhatsApp with our team is not part of the core offer, and other options can be discussed if needed.
