Last updated: May 9, 2026

1. Introduction

We respect the privacy of Noha users, website visitors, prospects, and users of client platforms. This Policy explains the types of data we may collect, how we use it, when we share it, and how we protect it.

This Policy applies to Noha’s website and pages, contact forms, trial requests, ready demos, custom trial environments, and technical services related to the Noha platform.

If there is a signed agreement between us and the Client, that agreement may include additional or more detailed data processing terms.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

We may act as a controller when we collect data from Noha website visitors, prospects, or trial requesters for purposes such as communication, providing offers, creating a custom trial, or following up on a request.

For learner, instructor, and administrator data inside the Client Platform, the Client generally determines the purposes for collecting and using that data, while we process it to provide technical services, hosting, support, maintenance, security, and service continuity, unless the agreement states otherwise.

The Client is responsible for informing its own platform users of appropriate privacy notices and obtaining any required consents or legal basis for collecting and using their data.

3. Data We May Collect

We may collect different types of data depending on how you use Noha, including:

  • contact data such as name, email address, phone number, training organization name, and job title where available
  • trial request data such as organization type, interest in the platform, expected usage size, and information submitted through forms, WhatsApp, or email
  • trial creation data: when requesting a custom trial or ready demo, we may ask for name, email address, and phone number to create the trial and contact you about it
  • usage and analytics data such as visited pages, buttons clicked, sections interacted with, session duration, device type, browser, and similar information used to improve the experience and understand platform performance
  • client platform data such as learner, instructor, administrator, enrollment, progress, certificate, invoice, and payment data, depending on how the Client Platform is used
  • support data such as messages, tickets, attachments, issue logs, and technical information needed to investigate a support request
  • billing and payment data such as invoices, payment status, amounts due, transaction or reference numbers, and billing contact details
  • technical data such as IP address, server logs, browser type, operating system, session identifiers, or cookies where used

4. Custom Trial and Ready Demo Data

When you request a custom trial or access a ready demo of Noha, we may ask for your name, email address, and phone number so we can create the trial, enable access, or contact you about the request.

We may use this data to contact you, send access information or trial details, answer your questions, follow up on your interest in the platform, or arrange a suitable demo for your team.

We do not use this data to send unwanted marketing messages, and you may request to stop marketing communication where applicable.

5. PostHog and Product Analytics in the Trial Environment

We may use PostHog or similar product analytics tools inside the trial environment or ready demo to understand how users interact with the platform and improve the evaluation experience before purchase.

These analytics may include information such as pages or sections visited, buttons clicked, usage duration, navigation path, user-facing errors, or friction points inside the trial experience.

We use this data to improve the user interface, understand which features matter most to prospects, fix issues, prioritize improvements, and provide better follow-up when you ask us to contact you.

We do not use product analytics to sell your data, and we do not aim to access private training content unless it is necessary to provide or improve the trial experience.

Some usage data may be linked to the contact information you provided if needed to follow up on your trial request or support you during evaluation.

6. How We Use Data

We may share data where needed with parties that help us provide the service, such as hosting providers, analytics tools, email or messaging providers, payment gateways, support systems, and security or technical service providers.

We may also share data where required by law or by a competent authority, or to protect our rights, our users, or platform security.

Client Platform data is shared only to the extent needed to provide the service, under the Client’s instructions, the agreement, or applicable laws.

9. Payment Gateways and Financial Data

Payments may be processed through external payment gateways or financial service providers. In such cases, entry and processing of sensitive payment data is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.

We generally retain information related to invoices, payment status, transaction references, amounts, and payment dates for accounting, support, follow-up, and legal compliance purposes.

We do not seek to store sensitive payment card data unless necessary and permitted under applicable laws and payment provider requirements.

10. WhatsApp and Communication Channels

You may contact us or we may contact you through WhatsApp, email, the contact page, or a ticketing system depending on available channels.

If you use WhatsApp to contact us, we may retain message content and contact details needed to respond to and follow up on your request.

If the Client uses in-platform WhatsApp integration inside Noha to communicate with learners, the Client is responsible for message content, recipient lists, and obtaining any required consents from its users unless otherwise agreed.

11. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies or similar technologies to improve website performance, store certain preferences, understand page usage, and analyze trial performance.

Analytics tools may include PostHog or similar tools that help us understand the use of trial environments and improve user experience.

You can manage cookie settings through your browser. Disabling some cookies may affect how certain features work.

12. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by the agreement or applicable laws.

We may retain prospect and contact data for a reasonable period to follow up on requests and offers unless you request deletion or opt out of communication where applicable.

Billing and payment data may be retained for longer periods for accounting or legal requirements.

Retention periods for Client Platform data are subject to the agreement, Client instructions, and applicable legal requirements.

13. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or unlawful disclosure.

Depending on the nature of the service, these measures may include access controls, server protection, access logs, backups, and restricting data access to those who need it to provide the service.

However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against all risks.

14. Data Transfers Outside the Kingdom

Some data may be stored or processed by technical service providers or tools inside or outside the Kingdom, depending on the technical infrastructure and service providers used.

Where data is transferred or processed outside the Kingdom, we seek to handle such transfers in accordance with applicable requirements and in a manner that provides an appropriate level of data protection.

15. Data Subject Rights

Under applicable laws, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to know, access, request correction, request deletion where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Some requests may be subject to exceptions, verification requirements, or legal or contractual retention obligations.

You may submit privacy requests through the contact page or approved communication channels, and we will respond in accordance with applicable laws.

16. Children and Learner Privacy

Noha may be used by Clients providing courses or programs to different age groups, and the Client Platform may contain learner data.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the product, laws, or service operation.

Where material changes occur, we will seek to notify Clients or update the policy date on this page.

Continued use of Noha after the Policy is updated means you have reviewed the updated version, and your use is subject to the Policy in effect at the time of use.
